Course curriculum

Six modules covering the full clinical foundation — from clinic workflow to emergency management and assessment.

  • Clinic structure (reception, exam rooms, treatment area, surgery suite) and patient flow from check-in to discharge
  • Roles and responsibilities of the veterinary team (vet, technician, assistant, receptionist)
  • Low-stress handling techniques; correct use of restraint tools and muzzles
  • Veterinary medical ethics, client communication, accurate medical records (health certificate, rabies titre, passport, welcome & follow-up sheets)
  • Introduction to automated veterinary tools
