Six modules covering the full clinical foundation — from clinic workflow to emergency management and assessment.
- Clinic structure (reception, exam rooms, treatment area, surgery suite) and patient flow from check-in to discharge
- Roles and responsibilities of the veterinary team (vet, technician, assistant, receptionist)
- Low-stress handling techniques; correct use of restraint tools and muzzles
- Veterinary medical ethics, client communication, accurate medical records (health certificate, rabies titre, passport, welcome & follow-up sheets)
- Introduction to automated veterinary tools
